He held her hand, kissed her forehead and wished her a happy anniversary first thing in the morning.
Her hand is quite swollen. She is retaining the fluids in her body that she is getting through the IV's. They can't drain the fluids from her body because she is loosing blood right now. Hopefully once they get the bleeding under control, they can start pulling off the fluids again.
We are planning to celebrate their anniversary when she makes it home. We'll have a big party when she makes it home that's for sure.
